Welcome to SpheraLog. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpheraLog website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by SpheraLog S.r.l. ("SpheraLog," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering for our waiting list, expressing interest as an investor, or using our Services, you confirm that:

SpheraLog is developing a super-app platform that integrates five key service areas:

• Knowledge: Learning and information services
• Action: Booking and transaction services
• Communication: Messaging and community features

Currently, the Services are in pre-launch phase. By joining our waiting list, you will receive updates and early access opportunities.

3. User Registration and Accounts

When you join our waiting list, you provide your name and email address. You agree to:

• Update your information if it changes

• Not create multiple accounts

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@spheralog.com.

• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the Services
